I’ve always seen it as a kind of superpower when someone is able to realise ideas in three-dimensional space. That’s why I’m currently experimenting with Blender and Spline to move my thinking into 3D space.

After completing a few tutorials in different areas of Blender and slowly getting the hang of modelling, textures and shading, I wanted to try my hands at a more realistic project. I used the KO2 sampler from Teenage Engineering as a reference, which I had bought not only because of its function but of course also because of its simple and great design. I then modelled the sampler based on reference images and created a fairly realistic reproduction of the real design, although the font is a bit different.
And then I delved a little deeper into the animation functions of Blender and staged my model in a product video as you can see above.

A fun little project in which I recreated my work and hobby room in low poly style. Finding the right degree of simplification is not so easy, but overall it was a lot of fun to bring the scene to life. And yes, all items are handcrafted, including the guitars.
