People Nova is a learning platform that is geared towards the needs of HR professionals who want to develop and expand their skillset. We worked closely together to develop the vision for the People Nova brand and set the course for the visual identity in a brand workshop.
Visually, we used the idea of a star’s nova, in which a star shines particularly brightly due to an explosion and thus becomes visible. The concept of stars and the cosmos that connects them is the visual theme that runs through the design language.
